Meet Deborah Bernstein

Discriminating home buyers and sellers choose to work with Deborah due to her knowledge of the luxury real estate market. As a Palm Beach County resident for 30+ years, she knows her community. With a career starting in hotel sales and marketing, Deborah listens to her clients before making any recommendations.  Since becoming a real estate professional in 2005, she has focused exclusively in the luxury home market in east Boca Raton.

Winning the Mrs. Florida crown, Deborah also won several highly competitive national and international titles. Selling real estate in southeast Florida is competitive and it requires relentless dedication and knowledge in many areas. Raising a family of four children in Boca Raton gives Deborah important insight about schools, community and culture. Her experience in sales and financial services is invaluable to her clients on many levels. Buying a luxury home does not occur in a vacuum. For example, there can be tax considerations and financial complexities for business owners.

“I believe everyone should dream big. My goal is to work together with my clients to help them find their piece of paradise”.

With a multi-faceted background, Deborah has won State and National pageant titles including: Mrs. North America, Beauty of the Americas, Mrs. U.S. Continental, Ms Florida and the prestigious Mrs. Florida. These triumphs are attributed to her passion, intellect, and a commitment to improving her community.

Deborah supports charities that provide financial assistance to organizations helping families and children cope with the challenges that arise from untreated mental illness. Without help, many of these families are unable to access these services. Through her charitable efforts, many children are able to access critical therapeutic counseling and continue their education. Without question, every family is touched in some way by mental illness. Deborah has been speaking out about the mental health crisis for more than a decade.

Her career accomplishments incorporate senior level experience in business administration as an executive for the Marriott and Hilton Hotels. Her hands-on knowledge of the hospitality industry has contributed to her business acumen and gracious demeanor, and brought her to where she is today. As the co-founder of Life Cycle Financial Planners, Deborah is passionate about helping women create retirement security.

“Without question, women are living longer than ever before. I am fortunate to be surrounded by incredible women who want it all and having it all begins with financial security. In our practice, we help bring women to the discussion table where we can help educate them about retirement planning issues. I like to say that my clients will have ‘Sleep Insurance’ after working with me. I try to minimize the confusion about  financial security in retirement. At the end of the day, most women want guaranteed income for life, no matter what.”

Mrs. Bernstein recently launched a new children’s storybook series (Stylish Stella’s Magic Crown). This new series is focused on confidence building and self esteem for young readers. Deborah is available for interactive book readings with children. Joe Dimaggio children’s hospital, Bloomingdales and The Palm Beach Breakers Hotel have all invited Deborah for these special Stylish Stella events.

Mrs. Bernstein is both a devoted wife and mother. Married to Ted Bernstein, they reside in Boca Raton, Florida. Leading by example, a mother of four adult children, Deborah encourages her entire family to participate in their communities by giving back in their own, unique ways.
